Licensed General Contractor · CSLB #1070882
Custom homes, thoughtful remodels and additions built to stand up to coastal weather — delivered by one accountable contractor with a trusted circle of licensed trade partners.
What We Build
We take on the whole job — permits, scheduling, trades and punch list — so you have one number to call and one person answerable for the result.
Ground-up residential construction, from site work and foundation through final finishes.
Expanding square footage or reworking what you have — whole-house remodels, second stories, garage conversions.
Full gut renovations and targeted updates, coordinated with cabinet, tile, plumbing and electrical trades.
Decks, patios, hardscape and outdoor kitchens designed for coastal exposure and year-round use.
Accessory dwelling units and guest quarters, permitted and built to current California requirements.
Dry rot, water intrusion, deferred maintenance and pre-sale repair work on older Peninsula homes.
Emergency Services
Two things that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment: getting into a property, and stopping water. Both are handled through the same number you already have.

How We Work
We meet you on site, look at the actual conditions and talk through what you want to accomplish and what it realistically takes.
You get a clear written scope and estimate — what is included, what is allowance, and what is excluded. No vague line items.
We handle plan check and permitting where required, then sequence the trades so the job keeps moving.
Regular updates through construction, a walked punch list, and final sign-off before we call it finished.
Where We Work
We work close to home, which means shorter response times and crews who know the local building departments and coastal conditions.
